Room Amendment/Cancellation Policy

* Non-refundable price: Non-refundable policy applies
* Refundable price:
- Cancellation / adjustment of check-in time as well as other changes 72 hours before check-in time: Free
- Any modification or cancellation within 72 hours prior to check-in time, including all bookings made during that time: penalty fee of 1 night of room charge.
- Guests who do not come and do not notify in advance: penalty fee of 100% of the room rate.

Children Policy:

Children staying with Parents are always welcome.
Children under 6 years old: Free of charge for 1 child sharing bed with parents, breakfast included.
Children from 6 to under 12 years old:
- Children sleeping with parents: fee VND120,000/room/night, including breakfast; Or
- Extra bed: fee VND400,000/room/night, including breakfast.
Children 12 years and older are counted as adults. Extra bed fee is VND400,000/room/night, including breakfast.
Maximum 1 extra bed in 1 room (only applicable for Junior Suite and Executive Suite room types)
Complimentary baby cot in the room. Maximum 1 cot / 1 room.
